The story behind Content-Flair
Three years ago, Mumtaz was ghostwriting about leadership while wrestling with chaos in his own work life.
He was producing content for executives — helping them articulate strategy, communicate vision, and build credibility online — while running his own business on the edge of unsustainable. The irony wasn’t lost on him.
So he did what he tells his clients to do: stopped reacting and started being deliberate.
He rebuilt his approach to work, rebuilt his process for writing, and rebuilt Content-Flair around the kind of engagements that actually produce results: fewer clients, deeper work, higher standards.
Today, Content-Flair specializes in executive ghostwriting and content strategy for leaders who want writing that is genuinely theirs — in voice, in thinking, and in the ideas it puts into the world.
